The ProgramPDC is a Massachusetts Department of Public Health certified agency offering family support, education, and therapeutic services for young children who are eligible for early intervention services in the state of Massachusetts. PDC is a "family-focused" program, as concerns about a child's development affects the entire family. Our goal is to meet family's individual and unique needs, assisting each child in developing to their maximum potential.
